ix months ago CCMC decided to let the residents of Vistancia know how much we appreciate the pride they take in their homes. As a way of saying “thank you,” for all of your hard work and efforts to keep the community beautiful, we have “Yard of the Month.”
While the design guidelines of the community indicate every home should have two trees and at least four different varieties of other plants, one family has decided to look at the possibilities. This month we would like to recognize the Peery family for their efforts in keeping their home and this community beautiful. As I patrol the various streets of Vistancia there are many beautiful yards, and I will continue to be on the “look out” for not only those of you that work hard to maintain a beautiful yard but also those of you that are working so hard to make it beautiful. Please feel free to nominate your neighbors for next month’s “Yard of the Month” at jsmith@ccmcnet.com.
Vistancia’s future commercial core will feature 4 million square feet of mixed-use commercial space.
