• The Mississippi River Learning Center, a mixeduse, river-focused space featuring year-round learning and outdoor recreation along with a National Park Service headquarters at Crosby Farm Regional Park.

• The River Balcony, a proposed 1.5-mile walk along downtown Saint Paul’s river bluff, connecting public spaces, landmarks and people to the river.
