1. The Effects of Plastic on Marine Life – Drawing Activity An art lessons group based in Birkirkara invited us to participate in an interesting art activity. Prior to the session, participants were encouraged to search for inspirational images. Participants brought images of interesting poster designs and shocking images exhibiting the devastating effects of plastic on marine life. This research paved the way for an interesting discussion about biodiversity linked to Ghadira Bay. Whilst not everyone knew about biodiversity and its effect on the food chain, others mentioned how the endangerment of a species of fish is affecting the population of other creatures like wild birds. Later, participants were encouraged to create artwork which inspired them as a result of the discussion.
