Exhibits are to be brought to the Fairgrounds by 5 pm, Tues., Sept. 7. Judging will begin at 9 am, Wed., Sept. 8. All jars must be speci ied size, clear glass, with no label. Honey must be current year’s production. All comb honey must be wrapped in clear plastic. All products entered must be owned and produced by the exhibitor. Honey will be judged on quality, cleanliness and aroma. Best of Show Rosette will be awarded the overall winner of this class. PREMIUMS – 1st - $2; 2nd - $1.50; and 3rd - $1 unless otherwise noted.
