UNITY NEEDS YOU!

Unity is one of our employee led inclusion groups. Focusing on true inclusion for all who work at Greene King, Unity supports minority ethnic groups and individuals, and is here to provide a platform for our Greene King community to share experiences, creating a culture of everyday inclusion. Unity seeks to ensure that all colleagues from ethnic backgrounds feel celebrated and can thrive in an inclusive environment.

The Unity team are looking for a B&B Divisional Lead to join them in their bid to drive everyday inclusion. This is a voluntary role that will enable you to drive passion, change, and to have open and honest conversations. As well as a Lead, the team would love to get some more representation from B&B in general.
