CIVITAS - PLYWOOD SEATS & BACKS Virco now offers Civitas chairs and stools with 7-ply maple seats and backs. Comfort is built into these units through a process that results in ergonomically contoured components that are then secured to a fully welded frame for long lasting value. A range of wood stain finishes provide a level of style that is suited to a variety of settings, from dining areas to libraries.

Café Tops To complement Civitas™ seating, Virco carries an assortment of Civitas plywood-core tops with a lacquered, beveled edge. Tops can be mounted on eye-catching Civitas or Lunada® table bases. Additional café tops and bases from other product lines are also available. CIVITAS™ TOPS Tops consist of a 3/4" plywood-core with a high-pressure laminate surface. A clear natural lacquer edge finish (Color Code: NAT) with a no-reveal beveled edge is standard. See images below for other edge styles and colors.

Tops come standard with a no-reveal edge and a clear lacquer edge finish. To select a 1/2" inch reveal edge, add “T1" to the end of the Civitas model number. To select a 1" inch reveal edge, add “T2" to the end of the Civitas model number.
CIVITAS TOPS This series includes a unique squircle shape which, as the name implies, is a rounded square. Round and square Civitas tops – each with your choice of three beveled edge profiles – are also available. The top shown here features the Civitas T2 style bevel; see above for all edge profiles.

HIGH-PRESSURE LAMINATES Virco has a selection of stocked laminates. We also work with all the major laminate companies to meet your specific needs. Please contact Virco for lead times on custom orders. UNIVERSAL TOPS These tops have a 11/8" particleboard core with a high-pressure laminate surface and a T-mold banded edge.
