Major General JP McGee preside over an Honor Eagle Ceremony recently, honoring and welcoming Col John Lubas - incoming Deputy Commander (Operations) and Col. Bernie Harrington – incoming Deputy Commander (Support) for the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). “This is a special moment,” MG McGee said. “We now have the entire band back together. We have all of our brigades here, and we are completing the team, with two great Deputy Commanders who have just arrived. It’s an exciting time to be here at the 101st and Fort Campbell. With Col. John Lubas, Col. Bernie Harrington, and their great families, we have really completed the circle, and built out the team.
