MUSIC GOES DIGITAL 2021
L’anno 2021 si è rivelato un’ulteriore sfida molto impegnativa per l’intero mondo della cultura, della musica e della formazione artistica in particolare. Villa Vigoni ha perciò voluto contribuire – nel contesto della sua mission rivolta alla promozione dei giovani in Europa – a mitigare questa situazione dando visibilità a un settore che troppo spesso risulta essere invisibile agli occhi dell’opinione pubblica: quello delle giovani eccellenze e dei vincitori musicali. Alla luce di circostanze così particolari, anche quest’anno non è stato possibile svolgere, nel suo formato consueto, VigoniMusica, il programma musicale per lo scambio giovanile ideato da Villa Vigoni grazie al generoso sostegno del MUR e sotto il patrocinio dell’Ambasciata tedesca di Roma. Abbiamo così optato per la realizzazione di un’edizione ibrida, composta da alcuni eventi live e da una piattaforma digitale. È stato creato uno spazio sonoro virtuale per ‘dare una voce’ ad alcuni di coloro che hanno contribuito al programma negli ultimi anni. Agli ex-partecipanti, giovani musicisti di tutta l’Europa, è stato chiesto di presentare un loro breve video musicale nonché un saluto alla comunità italo-tedesca di Villa Vigoni. In questo modo si è ottenuto un riflesso della varietà di VigoniMusica, sviluppatosi nell’arco di pochi anni. Il lancio di queste voci tramite i canali social di Villa Vigoni si è svolto tra aprile-novembre 2021: La (Vigoni)Musica è viva anche nel 2021 – superando ogni ostacolo e confine! I contributi possono essere ascoltati e visti sul canale youtube di Villa Vigoni, nell’apposita playlist Vigoni Musica 2021: Music goes digital.
Für das kulturelle Leben weltweit hat sich das Jahr 2021 als erneute Herausforderung erwiesen, insbesondere gilt dies für die Musik und jegliche Form der künstlerischen Ausbildung. Im Rahmen ihrer mission der Förderung junger EuropäerInnen wollte die Villa Vigoni einen Beitrag in dieser außergewöhnlichen Situation leisten; Ziel war es, einem Bereich zu mehr Sichtbarkeit zu verhelfen, der im öffentlichen Diskurs häufig im Verborgenen bleibt: Junge musikalische Exzellenzen und PreisträgerInnen. Angesichts der besonderen Umstände war es auch dieses Jahr nicht möglich, VigoniMusica - das musikalische Nachwuchsprogramm der Villa Vigoni, gefördert vom italienischen Bildungsministerium MUR und unter Schirmherrschaft der Deutschen Botschaft in Rom stehend – in seiner gewohnten Form abzuhalten. So entstand die Idee einer hybriden Ausgabe in Form von Live-Events und einer digitalen Plattform. Es wurde ein virtueller Klangraum entwickelt, um einigen ehemaligen TeilnehmerInnen des Programms ‚eine Stimme zu geben‘. Die jungen MusikerInnen aus ganz Europa nahmen kurze Musikvideos auf, versehen jeweils mit einem Gruß an die deutsch-italienische community der Villa Vigoni. Ihre Beiträge spiegeln die gesamte inhaltliche Breite des noch jungen Programms VigoniMusica wider. Die gesammelten ‚Stimmen‘ wurden zwischen April und November 2021 auf den social-media-Kanälen der Villa veröffentlicht: (Vigoni)Musica ist lebendig, auch im Jahr 2021 – sie überwindet jedes Hindernis und jede Grenze! Sämtliche Beiträge sind auf dem Youtube-Kanal der Villa Vigoni in der Playlist Vigoni Musica 2021: Music goes digital zu finden.

NEWMUSIC WEEK mdi ensemble In collaboration with the prestigious mdi ensemble, Villa Vigoni organized the second edition of NEWMUSIC WEEK, an educational initiative for contemporary music. Various workshops offered different course proposals and teaching units for young musicians and composers.

Prize-winners’ concert Jugend musiziert In a first-time collaboration with the Deutscher Tonkünstlerverband and the German School of Milan, ViIla Vigoni launched a concert with Italian and German prize winners of the music competition “Jugend musiziert”.
