GUEST SERVICES AIRPORTS Valerio Catullo Airport can be reached from the Motorway A4 or A22: from Brescia SOMMACAMPAGNA EXIT in about 10 minutes following the “Airport” sign. From Vicenza, Mantova, Trento, Bolzano VERONA NORD EXIT in about 5 minutes following the “Airport” signs. AIRPORT PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF On request, we can arrange for you transfers from the main airports of North Italy. A driver will meet and greet all Villa Cordevigo guests at the entrance of the airport. Guests will then be chauffeured to the Villa, where our staff will be awaiting them with a Welcome cocktail. Please inform us about your arrival and departure details, so that all necessary arrangements can be put in place. AUTO RENTAL Information on a variety of transportation is available from the Concierge who will gladly assist you. BABYSITTING SERVICES Relax yourself and take Your time! We will think to your children! Our Concierge service will provide to contact for you a qualified person with duties of childcare. Service on request. BAR FIORDILEJ For the bar service to your room, or other special requests, € 6 will be charged to your account. Opening hours: From Noon to Midnight BISTRO CORDEVIGO The Bistrot of Villa Cordevigo is open as follows: Daily from 12:30 to 14:00 and from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Closed on Monday evening. The reservation is required. BREAKFAST TIME AND IN THE ROOM If your room includes breakfast, this is served in the Barchessa room from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. If you prefer to have it served in your room a supplement of € 20 will be charged to your account.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME Check-out within 11 am; check-in starting from 3:00 pm. For additional information do not hesitate to contact the reception. CHURCH SERVICES Our Concierge will provide schedules and location information for all denominations. DOCTOR/DENTIST Your Concierge will contact a doctor or dentist on your behalf to arrange an appointment. DOGS & PETS We regret to advise that we cannot accept pets at Villa Cordevigo, except for 2 rooms where dogs are accepted only under certain conditions and on request at the time of booking. DO NOT DISTURB To ensure your privacy, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign, located on the internal door handle, on your Suite’s door knob. FAX
The fax machine is located in the reception. Please call “Guest Services” should you need to send some fax. FLORIST Your Concierge will be delighted to assist with any floral requests. GYM Our gym is open from 7 am to 8 pm, for special request please contact the front office. HAIRDRESSER Your Concierge will be happy to recommend and arrange appointments in the best beauty salon. HELICOPTER, PLANE & JET CHARTER Should you wish to charter a helicopter, a plane or a jet, our Concierge will be happy to assist you.
HOUSEKEEPING The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Your room attendant will take care of all housekeeping needs. INTERNET Every room is with an internet Wi-Fi connection equipped. For further information please consult the voice "Telephone & Internet" present inside this manual. LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING We are pleased to offer a laundry and dry-cleaning service.7 days on 7. The clothes delivered within the morning, will be ready late in the afternoon Laundry and Dry Cleaning Bags are located in every closet. For the dry washing, the service has been effected only from Monday to Friday, and will be delivered the following day. Please call the Concierge, who will contact the “Housekeeping” for the withdrawal. LIMOUSINE AND TAXI SERVICE Our Concierge is at your service to assist with limousine arrangements and all transportation requests. LOST & FOUND The concierge will coordinate your inquires and assist you in tracing misplaced items. LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE Our bell staff will be pleased to assist you with your luggage upon arrival and departure. MAILING SERVICES Our concierge will be delighted to assist with the purchase of stamps and the mailing of letters and express packaging. MAPS & GUIDE BOOKS City maps and guide books can be available at the reception. MASSAGE THERAPY Professional massages are provided in our SPA Essentia. NEWSPAPERS Upon request, your choice of newspapers will be delivered to your room on a daily basis. We offer a variety of national and international papers. Please contact our Concierge with any special requests, which will be noted and provided on future visits. Applicable charges for papers will be added to your account. Free newspapers are available for all guests in our breakfast room. RESERVATIONS We are delighted to assist you with the planning of your future visits. RESTAURANT OSELETA The Restaurant of Villa Cordevigo Wine Relais is open as follows: Lunch from 12:30 to 2:00 pm (Saturday and Sunday only) Dinner from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm Oseleta is closed on Tuesdays. Starting from 6 people, a set menu for the whole table is required. We advise booking to avoid disappointment, the places are limited. SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES Each room is equipped with a private safe. For operation instructions please refer to the provided manual located at the safe area. Villa Cordevigo will not accept responsibility for the safety of any items or money left in the room. SEAMSTRESS SERVICES Sewing and alteration services and more are coordinated through Housekeeping. SECURITY Security staff can be arranged by the Concierge. SIGHTSEEING TOURS Our Concierge will be pleased to provide suggestions and recommendations. Please refer to the “City Guide” section of this directory for more detailed information. SLIPPERS Complimentary slippers have been placed in your bedroom for your convenience.
SPA ESSENTIA Spa Essentia is situated at the ground floor and the entrance is free for Villa Cordevigo Guests. Available for our guests: 2 Whirlpools, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, emotional showers, tea and relaxation room. Opening Times: Daily 10:00 am – 12:00 am / 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm Children under 15 years old are not permitted. TELEPHONE SERVICE All rooms are equipped with direct-dial telephones. TICKETS Our Concierge will be delighted to assist with the booking of Train, Theater and Museum tickets. TOILETRIES Bath amenity products have been placed in each bathroom of your room.
