ONLINE BOOKING PORTAL USER GUIDE

LOG-IN TO VIKING TA PORTAL

Choose “Make a Booking”

SEARCH FOR A CRUISE

STEP 1: START YOUR BOOKING

• Now you are ready to start your booking.

• Fill in the basic guest information:

- First Name

- Last Name

- Email address

• Traveled with Viking

- If your client is a Past Guest, please let us know here. (Appropriate Past Guest Discount will be applied.)

• Add offer code (if applicable) — click APPLY

• Then click — NEXT

STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR CLIENT’S CRUISE

• Select the date

• Select the stateroom category.

- DETAILS shows you several photos & what is included

• The summary on the right will show:

- Itinerary

- Ship

- Date

- Guest #

- Stateroom

- Fare

- Commission

- Plus, additional information as the booking continues

STATEROOM DETAILS (EXAMPLES)

STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR CLIENT’S CRUISE (CONTINUED)

• Select a stateroom number

- Ship diagram appears on page for reference

- Click — NEXT

STEP 3: SELECT PRE- AND/OR POST CRUISE EXTENSIONS

• Review what extensions are available.

- Length & fare listed

- DETAILS takes you to detailed descriptions of the extensions that are offered

STEP 4: CLIENTS’ INFORMATION

• On the final screen, you will need to provide your clients’ details in order to complete the booking, including:

- Title

- Gender

- Date of birth

- Phone number

- Address

ALMOST THERE!

• If mandatory information is not included, you will be prompted to complete the necessary information.

• Click — NEXT

DETERMINE THE PAYMENT TERMS

• At this time, you can:

- Place a deposit (amount is indicated)

- Make a full payment

- Put the booking on a 72-hour courtesy hold

• If you are making a payment, choose the payment method and complete the information required.

- Click — NEXT to complete the booking

• If you are placing on hold:

- Click — NEXT to complete the hold
