There are several exclusive one-off sponsorship packages available for your consideration:

Pre-conference workshops

$5,000 – subject to availability

VCCC Alliance led education workshops

The opportunity is available to sponsor a workshop in the conference program.

The VCCC Alliance education will be running four half-day education sessions that will complement the conference program.

Workshop topics for 2023

• AI applications (including ChatGPT) for cancer care, research and education

• Consumers as active partners in research

• Using Genomic Data for Personalised Care

• Clinical trial protocol design

Delegates will be invited to attend these sessions via their conference registration. Please note delegates attending these workshop sessions may or may not attend the conference. Please note that consumers will also be invited to attend these sessions.

As a VCCC Alliance workshop sponsor, your logo will be included in all promotion and communication to conference delegates. Please note that your entitlements below only apply to the pre-conference workshop program.

• Opportunity for a representative from your organisation to deliver a 5-minute address to the attendees*

• Logo and URL on Sponsorship page of the conference website

• Acknowledgment as the workshop sponsor in the event program, on the conference website and any other workshop related collateral

• Promotion along with the conference program on the website and will form part of the registration process

• Your brand included on welcome screens in the session room

• Opportunity to display signage at the workshop venue outside the room where sessions are held (provided by sponsor)

• One (1) display table in catering area during the workshop for sponsor’s use

* In line with Medicines Aust guidelines, this may not be used to promote pharmaceutical products, due to presence of consumers at the conference

Workshops will take place on Monday 11 September 2023 and will run for a maximum of 4 hours, with a 20 minute break halfway. Due to room capacities, attendance is limited to 30 people.
