SPONSOR-LED EDUCATION

$7,500 – subject to availability

The opportunity is available to host a workshop in the conference program.

Sponsor-led workshops will be held before the main conference sessions open. Sponsors can lead these initiatives by providing the presenters and content to deliver education of your choice.

For your workshop to be considered you must include the following details in your proposal:

• Proposed name/title of the workshop

• Who the workshop will be targeting

• Topic or brief overview of what the workshop will involve

• Details of who will be running the workshop

Delegates will be invited to attend these sessions via their conference registration. Please note delegates attending these workshop sessions may or may not attend the conference. Please note that consumers will also be able to attend these sessions.

As the workshop host and sponsor, you will receive the following entitlements. Please note that your entitlements below only apply to the pre-conference workshop.

• Room hire and standard AV is included (catering and option to upgrade for additional AV is at sponsor’s own cost)

• Complimentary session passes for presenters involved in the session (not applicable to delegates)

• Session to be featured in the program, with acknowledgement as the sponsor in the event program, on the conference website and any other session related collateral

• Promotion along with the conference program on the website and will form part of the registration process

• Logo and URL on Sponsorship page of the conference website

• Logo on title slide in session room

• Opportunity to display signage at the workshop venue inside the room where sessions are held (provided by sponsor)

• One (1) display table in catering area during the workshop for sponsor’s use

• Access to delegate list for workshop attendees (subject to Privacy Act legislation)

All workshops will be run as a half-day session. Workshops will take place on Monday 11 September 2023 and will run for a maximum of 3 hours (option to hold at 9am – 12pm or 1pm – 4pm).

Due to room capacities, attendance is limited to 30 people.
