Dear Sisters,

We are soon to be entering the holiday season, and, while I'm not quite ready to say goodbye to autumn, I am definitely ready for the joy of the holiday season! Each year, we publish Christmas Greetings ads from lodges and I love having the opportunity to see all the joyful messages from my sisters near and far. Some of my other favorite things about the holidays include: cooking and baking traditional Danish dishes.; having friends over for julefrokost; draping Danish flags around the Christmas tree; bundling up and taking walks in the crisp air; and of course, spending time with my loved ones. I am sure that each of you have lovely traditions that you're looking forward to celebrating. Or, perhaps, the holidays aren't your favorite time of year. Either way, I hope you can count on your sisters in your lodges to bring you joy and love, and to celebrate traditions together. As always, I love hearing from each of you and hope to receive more stories, photos and lodge updates in the coming months.
