Dear Sisters,

It's December again and it's very hard to believe! What a whirlwind 2021 has been. I just moved into my very first house in mid-November and have been enjoying settling in. We have also put up our Christmas tree and have decorated it with all of the usuals-childhood ornaments, Danish flag garlands, candles, collectible Danish ornaments and, of course, a star on the top of the tree. I am already planning our julefrokost this year with a small group of close friends. It will be wonderful to gather again, after having to do a Zoom version of julefrokost last year. I am also looking forward to the New Year and hope that it will continue to improve upon the last few years. As for the Danish Sisterhood News, we'll have some fun things coming up in 2022 and can't wait to share all of them with you. Please continue to share YOUR stories with us, as this newsletter is by and for the members of the Danish Sisterhood! I hope that all of you are happy and healthy and that you will each have a lovely holiday season.
