Heritage Donor Spotlight Elizabeth Anne Sabiston Vic 9T1, Emm 9T4 passed away in 2010. A regular attendee at events, Sabiston was a very active member of the University community. She served on the Emmanuel College Alumni/ae Association Executive from 1997 to 2007 and was past president of United Church Women in Toronto. Sabiston was a faithful contributor to both Vic and Emmanuel and assisted with the creation of the United Church Women’s 40th Anniversary Award to support students at Emmanuel College, a fund that is nearing $100,000. Sabiston left a bequest to benefit both Victoria and Emmanuel College to support the academic activities of Victoria and to provide scholarship support for Emmanuel students.
