Y35 Ferrite magnets EDGE subwoofers use an ultra-high grade ferrite magnet known as Y35, this grade of magnet is not often used in subwoofer Manufacture, its more common to see Y20 or Y25 magnet grades. This high-grade ferrite magnet means that we can generate more motor force but more importantly generate a much better sensitivity. With a greater density,weight and quality over our competition, the EDGE subwoofers use the best magnets on the market.

The brand-new EDGE DBX series subwoofers come in 12 and 15 inch varieties and offer a upscale in performance from its smaller brother the DB series subwoofer. The aim of this woofer was to offer ground pounding, trunk rattling performance at a very keen price point. To achieve this our engineers worked on finding the perfect alloy style basket to optimise the critical soft part dimensions of the subwoofer. By doing this we could use multiple very wide spiders with spaced support to guarentee 2 connection points. this will control lateral movements along its xmech. Paired with a tall basket with extended back plate to accommodate our larger 45mm VC winding height. This extended winding height allows the woofer to be pushed without passing its mechanical limits thus making a tough robust subwoofer!

The aim with the EDGE street series subwoofers was to produce a range of subwoofers which outperform all its competition when it comes to entry level competition and street bass, with 10,12,15 and 18 inch models available we have covered all bases! with dual, triple and quad spider packs across the range the street series subwoofers offer a high level of motor force not seen by its nearest competitor and the spider packs allow for extreme level of excursion under ultimate control. With up to 65mm winding height the street series woofers offer the tallest VC configurations we could engineer allowing for total, electronic and mechanical control of the 4 layer Black alu voice coils. With triple stacked Y35 magnets across the range these woofers are heavy duty and create a massive amount of motor force due to the well-engineered VC and pole gap paired with the magnet assembly! EDGE xtreme subwoofers were designed with deep low bass and high excursion at the forefront of the priority! Using a light weight 3 inch VC with a massive 70mm winding height the xtreme woofers deliver massive excursion with high level of precision. Triple stacked 250mm x 25mm motors and 30mm back plate allow this extreme excursion to occur when paired with 4 layer NOMEX spiders! The idea was to ensure the woofers could deal with 3000 watts RMS and deliver the excursion required to displace masses of air in show and competition installs! The EDGE Unlimited series subwoofers are the biggest and baddest subwoofers we have every created! With a monstrous 280mm x 25mm triple stacked magnet assembly on the 15 and 18 inch drivers this is one of the biggest subwoofers in the car audio world. The aim with this woofer was to design a low FS competition woofer and boy does this deliver! with an FS of 28hz and 75mm x 100mm USA made voice coil this subwoofer will eat up 5000 watts RMS and deliver over 65mm of excursion! Our engineers used the biggest possible spider at 10 inches and combined NOMEX with PC spiders to deliver a 5pc spider back for ultimate control. The 75mm winding height still allows us all that excursion while keeping the woofer under complete electrical and mechanical control. High roll foam surrounds and direct leads just add to the function of the woofer! This woofer brings the lowest deepest bass out of any competition or show install delivering building shaking ground pounding bass!
