The VGM & Associates marketing team has developed several platforms and channels to assist in the promotion of our vendor partners. Each vendor partner has three main communication channels to our memberships: their vendor partner page on our members-only portal, monthly vendor partner update emails, and the quarterly Buyer’s Guide.
Each vendor partner is provided an exclusive vendor page on the members-only portal. This members-only portal is password protected and only available to verified members. Our members use the vendor pages to source product, view our vendor partners, view pricing, browse any vendor partner documents or resources, connect with a sales representative, and more. It is important to keep your vendor page up to date.
Submissions are curated in the members-only portal to provide the most current and relevant pricing, products, and services on our vendor partners. The submission is your opportunity to get your updates into the hands of each of the memberships. This includes new partner announcements, contract cancellations, pricing updates, rebates, or program information along with product changes/replacements/discontinuations. This type of information is highly valued by the membership. We strongly encourage you to provide us with these updates and changes in a timely fashion.
The Buyer’s Guide is a collection of promotional products and services specific to each season and corresponding disease states, holidays, industry events, trends, and quarterly planning. This is your opportunity to submit content that is relevant to each issue. This guide is something our members look forward to receiving and using as a reference throughout the quarter.
