Cats of diverse kinds: curious, arrogant, talkative, sweet, misanthropes and even philanthropists wander stealthily or scandalously through the pages of these singular tales. There is Franky, the cat that appears in “A Sunday trip”, who testifies and suffers with the extreme love of a little girl towards her father, who has the singular profession of grave-digger and who has abandoned her. There are also the voices and opinions of the “Cats of the underground” which are given to a man who wakes up there, not knowing where he is, how he got there, or what happened to him. “The story of Cyrus”, narrated by an old cat, tells the story of a child who is actually a cat, or a cat that has the appearance of a child, and how he struggles to appropriate his unique condition. And finally, we have Lucrecia, the beautiful kitten of “The seven lives of a cat”, tale in which her problems are narrated during a session with an animal therapist.
