COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Veterans housing Veterans, armed with the strength and support of the community.

Veterans Community Project (VCP) was founded in 2016 by a group of combat Veterans in Kansas City, Missouri, who were determined to stand in the gaps of a broken system that left too many of our brothers and sisters behind.

Since its grassroots beginning, VCP has been the community's project. We are privately funded and fueled by an army of volunteers and supporters passionate about serving those who took the oath to defend our country.

As VCP's first expansion site, VCP of Longmont has already impacted the lives of hundreds of Veterans across Northern Colorado since coming to the community in 2020. We serve Veterans through outreach, from obtaining military paperwork to providing supplemental food and emergency financial assistance to more in-depth supportive case management services We are proud to say we've already helped permanently house more than 80 Veterans since opening our doors in Longmont in 2020!

In 2023, we welcomed four Veterans into our VCP Village, where they will work diligently with Case Managers to overcome barriers to achieve permanent housing! In the year ahead, we're thrilled to continue constructing the remaining 20 unfinished tiny homes in the village and work toward the 2024 completion of our 26 tiny home villages for an even greater community impact!

Corporate allies are vital to this effort, allowing us to respond swiftly and efficiently to community needs and new opportunities. We strive to create mutually beneficial partnerships that connect sponsors to other civic and business leaders and create meaningful employee engagement experiences.

We invite you to join us for another exciting, fast-paced year! In addition to various partnership opportunities, you will find information about our signature event, 3B, and other exciting ways to get involved at VCP of Longmont. Last year marked our third Annual 3B event, and thanks to our community's support, we raised $50,000 to support VCP's mission to end Veteran homelessness! We hope to make this year even better and raise critical funds to support our mission!

Thank you in advance for your action and support. We look forward to a great year ahead.
