FOOTWORK YOUR LEGS AND feet can and should take a large part of the load that is necessary to keep you on the wall. To be able to do this, you need to be precise when placing your feet on the holds to ensure that they don’t slip off, and you should lower your body such that as much of your weight as possible is distributed on to your feet and off of your upper body. The following pages feature some exercises to target exactly this.
