As a conceptual project, the goal was to create the perfect space for Kate Spade’s yacht. Her lifestyle and personality were the inspiration for the design. From the bow that highly represents her to the patterned fabrics and use of color, all aspects were considered to make this a successful design. The bedroom has a huge impact because it clearly reflects Kate Spade’s eclectic and modern style. Pattern is seen throughout and one of the most important elements of this design was the use of different picture frames hanging on the walls resembling those in her new york home. through functionality and aesthetics Kate Spade has now her own signature yacht.
