Their magical enchantment reminds me of you. I kiss my fingertips and reach up to touch each star----this one was your smile, that one was your laugh, and that one over there was the day I met you. You are everywhere. When I feel the warmth of the golden sun upon my face, and feel the summer wind caress me, I can close my eyes and feel your spirit dance with me in the wind.
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this exempt position performs a variety of clerical, secretarial and administrative work in keeping public and confidential records, and providing administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer, Council, Committees, and other senior staff. Hours of work: • The normal workday from Monday to Friday shall consist of a scheduled period of 7½ hours of work between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. • Generally one evening per week, the Executive Assistant will be required to attend and take minutes at a variety of public and committee meetings that begin after the end of the workday. On those meeting days, the workday start shall be delayed to allow for a total of 7½ hours of work. • The District has a compressed work schedule. For each workday of 7½ hours worked, ½ hour is accrued towards one day off (flex time) every three weeks. The salary range for this position is competitive and includes a full range of benefits.
