I am at the outset very thrilled and excited to pen to you as the editor of JCI India's oficial magazine “Challenge” My deepest gratitude to National President Jc. Karthikeyan and the leaders of JCI for trusting me on this new opportunity My respects to the leader of leaders. Jc. Ravishankar Sir for this golden task bestowed on me.

It is such a joyous feeling to showcase all the hard work and unique projects, ideas, reports and articles of all LO’s across JCI India. This is a memory, that can stay forever. I and my team will assure you to be kept updated with all the incoming events in JCI, so that it will serve as a ready reckoner to prepare yourself for the months ahead. We wholeheartedly invite you to share all your LO’s events with description and photographs. Please share your unique achievements, newly implemented project ideas and of course, your articles which can install light in the hearts of many

Dear JCI India,

Welcome to 2023, a year which is promised to be legendary with all your support. As we start a new year, it is time to embrace new challenges and opportunities. JCI India is equipped and ready now to make a mark internationally. With the quality of Programs, events and impact created – We are aiming towards the skies of glory, progress and applied leadership.

This month's challenge edition is focused on setting and achieving our personal and professional goals. Whether it's improving our personal well-being, developing our leadership skills, or serving our communities, it is essential to have a clear plan in place. A clear plan is a result of clear purpose and we shall walk with our theme of “Guided By Purpose”

JCI India is moving at a never seen before pace. We are closely associated with our communities. We are working closely to align with our JCI Creed and Vision. I am glad we are part of this progress together. We are here to set achievable goals and mark progress every day. We have a lot of exciting initiatives and training programs lined up. We have a lot of PR projects and Community programs planned. I appeal you all to be a part of this elevation at personal levels and organisation levels.

We have witnessed a wonderful Natcon in Delhi and we are yet to witness an absolute splendour in Jakarta for Asia Paciic Conference in the month of May. JCI India has given opportunities to all to participate in this Aspac and I invite you to join us because “Seeing is believing”. Stay excited for our JCI Clock Tower Projects, Clean Plate Challenges, Social media visibility, Junior Jaycee initiatives, Lady Jaycee initiatives, Mission One Lakh, Leader Training Series, and Outbound Training etc etc etc

Our Challenge is our pride. It is a tool to look, review, react and celebrate. It is a one point of information to all our members in general. It is the source of information and a branding tool for our organisation.

With this I wish good luck to all members of JCI India for a fruitful 2023.

Zone Governing Board –the ZGB members should be active member having the age below 40 years, must send the passport copy to NHQ. 03

Online Service charges –Find out a suitable option that online service charges must be reduced. 05

Scholarship applications submission should be made online.

NOM Coordinators will be known as “National Coordinators” from 2023 onwards.

2023 onwards –The complete details of the projects organized by Local Organisation will be published in an appropriate platform.

NLTS exam must be organized in hybrid mode. The costing and planning have to be worked upon accordingly.

E- certiﬁcates to be provided to participants.

CAPP Training programs to be done in the beginning of the year.

Local Organisation projects–so many projects shall not be carried out at the same time, however, the LO can concentrate only one project throughout the year.

A certain percentage of total member must update Membership proﬁle in online portal for LO to get 100% efﬁciency status.

14 Purchase a property in the same premises or nearby locality utilizing the Indian Jaycees Charitable trust fund.
