ing and begin work around 0730 a.m. or so. Does this work for you? Alonzo Poach Staff Geologist AECOM Your crew did a great job today and everyone including our ExxonMobil Project Manager was pleased with their engagement and knowledge of the LPS Safety Program. I’ve attached some images that depict good examples of safe work practice. Tell them thank again for working safe and most importantly having a good attitude toward safety. Terry Dussault ETIC Engineering, Inc. I just wanted to tell you that this team was great! They always informed me of everything that they were doing. I don’t know any other company that does that. They were very respectful and very kind to me. I never heard any bad language. If I didn’t understand something, Raul fully explained to me the mechanics of how it worked. He was terrific! They all were. I will be sure to let Tom and Jim know this too. Please let Raul, Jesse and Sal know that I really appreciated all of their hard work and patience. Thanks Rick. Have a great weekend!!! Sandy English Geologist III Brown and Caldwell Just wanted you to know what a great job Travis and his crew(Curran & Dan) did at the Santa Ana site. We got a little bit later start than anticipated due to the dealership taking longer than usual to move all the cars. The crew stayed offsite, as instructed, until the area was ready to go. The Chevron PM, Daryl Pessler was onsite for the tailgate meeting. The crew enthusiastically participated in the tailgate meeting and gave suggestions as to how to modify the JLAs to make them site specific. We were able to “dirty” them up in the field and the Chevron

PM was pleased. Daryl zeroed in on your new seatbelt signs hanging from the mirrors on the rig, chase truck and forklift. Also, Travis had a great suggestion in adding bentonite chips to the 18” hole before we drilled through with the 10” augers to help ensure a good seal. One particular observation I had was related to the forklift operation. The first hand signal the spotter gave to the driver wasn’t which direction to go but rather it was a seatbelt reminder, which is great! Kudos should also go to Dan. He took the time to stop work, wash up a bit, and reapply sunscreen in the early afternoon. Troy also came by in the morning to make sure the job was proceeding as discussed in all the pre job calls. It was a complicated well to install and your crew made it look easy. Zoe Diermier Project Scientist, Environment AECOM Just wanted to let you know that Azad is really happy with your guys’ work out there today and yesterday. He mentioned Kenny, Miguel, and Bobby and said that they’re awesome guys to work with. Just wanted to pass that note along. Agatha M. Kim, PE Project Manager Partner Engineering And Science, Inc. All the crews out there last week did excellent work. I appreciate that they take the time to communicate well and get the job done carefully and correctly. I was able to clear, drill, construct, develop, and sample four wells in four days. I can’t ask for better than that. Andrew Cherene, PG Project Geologist WorleyParsons
