I wasn’t trying to change the industry. I just wanted a truck I could count on. Something that could take us into the woods, through the trails, and into the moments that matter. A truck built with heart, not hype.
So, with my wife by my side, I built that truck. Not for show, not to impress—just for us.
Then something happened. People saw it. They felt it. And they wanted one too.
At first, it was just a handful of rescue projects. Then a few more. Trucks left half-done, botched restorations, auction “deals” that turned into heartbreak. Dreams turned to nightmares. I heard the same stories again and again:
- The guy who spent years—and six figures—on a “perfect” restoration, only to watch it spend more time in the shop than on the road.
- The builder who took the check, then took their time—turning a sixmonth project into six years of empty promises.
- The classic that looked pristine under the lights at auction but hid bad wiring, mismatched parts, and rust beneath the fresh paint.
One project after another made it painfully clear: The classic car industry was broken.
