a lot of people ride their bikes daily and keep growing their cycling-muscles. for helping your muscles grow and stay flexible it is important to do some stretching. so, why not just do it on your bicycle? seize the time while waiting at a traffic light and instead of getting bored give your legs a stretch. or just take a few minutes to stretch after riding. your wellbeing and body-awareness will grow. Velo-city participants enthusiastically attended Marianne’s early morning bike yoga lessons.
