WELCOME IN THE ARDUINO WORLD

What is it? Why do you want it? If you are interested in electronics, you must have heard about Arduino. This highly popular electronics development platform is somewhere halfway between the electronics play kits from our youth and working with separate components, soldering irons and circuit boards. While the former will be too limited, the latter may be a little to complicated to use. Does this ring a bell? Please read on. An Arduino project has at least 3 parts: the Arduino itself, a kind of low cost programmable small computer (without keyboard and monitor); a shield that can be plugged onto the Arduino to execute a specific task; and finally a sketch, another word for the program that controls the circuit.
