Causes female infertility
Ovulation disorders: Problems with ovulation can prevent the release of an egg from the ovary. Common causes of ovulation disorders include polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), thyroid disorders, and premature ovarian failure.
Fallopian tube blockages: Blockages in the fallopian tubes can prevent sperm from reaching the egg or prevent a fertilized egg from traveling to the uterus. Common causes of fallopian tube blockages include pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, and previous surgery in the pelvic area.

Uterine abnormalities:Abnormalities in the shape or structure of the uterus can make it difficult for a fertilized egg to implant or for a pregnancy to develop properly. Examples include uterine fibroids, endometrial polyps, and adhesions.
Age-related decline in fertility: Women's fertility naturally declines as they age, with a significant decline usually occurring after age 35.
Lifestyle factors: Smoking, alcohol use, and being overweight or underweight can all affect fertility.
