What is Female Infertility

Female infertility refers to the inability of a woman to conceive a pregnancy after trying for a certain period of time, typically one year of unprotected intercourse. Female infertility can be caused by a variety of factors, such as hormonal imbalances, ovulation disorders, fallopian tube blockages, uterine abnormalities, and age-related decline in fertility.
