TERMS This is strictly a WHOLESALE LIST, intended only for those licensed and engaged in buying and reselling nursery stock. All sales will be cash unless prior credit has been established upon receipt of credit application and letters of reference. New credit accounts take several weeks for processing and approval. Credit terms are strictly Net 30 days. A 2% per month service charge will be assessed on all past due balances. We reserve the right to limit and/or close any credit account. Credit accounts, which are not current, will be asked to bring their account current prior to additional purchases. A $35.00 charge will be debited to your account for any check returned by our bank for insufficient funds. MASTERCARD & VISA For your convenience, we now accept MasterCard and VisaCard including Debit Card for payments. AVAILABILITY All items listed were in stock at the time this list was published. However, some items may be immature at that time and therefore not ready for sale until later in the season. On occasion we find it necessary to purchase stock from other growers to supplement our inventory. This plant material may be priced higher than listed herein, reflecting additional purchase and freight cost. PRICES Prices named in this list are based on present market conditions and are subject to change without notice. Prices are based on quantities that are listed. All transactions to be in "U.S.A. FUNDS." Prices are FOB at VAN KLAVEREN'S NURSERY. PICKUP ORDERS Nursery hours are 8:00 - 4:30, Monday - Friday. Saturday is 9:00 - 12:00 by appointment only. When picking up a load...BE SURE to bring tarpaulins or suitable coverings to protect the plants on truck. Even a short trip without proper cover can dry out and kill nursery stock. GUARANTEE We strive to maintain a high quality of plant material offered for sale, but we cannot give any warranty, expressed or implied as to the livability, productivity or trueness of name once the plants leaves our nursery. It is mutually agreed that our total liability for any error in labeling shall be limited to not more than the original purchase price of the plant material. CLAIMS Examine and count all plants promptly upon delivery. Submit a written clam within 10 days after arrival of your shipment or sooner, include our order number, delivery date, variety, quantity and reason for claim. Follow up with a phone call or fax to your sales representative. Please hold all questionable stock in its original containers until your claim has been resolved. Filing a claim does not release you from full payment of your order within the terms of your account. Approved claims will be adjusted by crediting your account, replacing the plant material, or by refund. ORDERS Customers delaying pickup of plants after reasonable notice risk forfeiting their order. Any reduction to the quantities or cancellation of the order will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. We encourage you to place your spring future order well in advance. We reserve the right to pro- rate items in limited supply among several customers, rather than only one customer. Spring orders must be picked up or delivered before APRIL 15th. Orders are booked subject to availability, crop conditions, error in count, and acts of nature. The customer agrees that the sale shall be void without liability to Van Klaveren's Nursery should the above or other causes beyond our control prevent delivery. HOLDING ASSESSMENT Orders held for more then 30 days are subject to 5% holding assessment. ORDERS REQUIRING DIGGING Advance arrangements must be made for orders being picked up or delivered when digging is required. SHIPPING Orders may be picked up by your truck or a common carrier. We can provide local deliveries with our truck for a minimum order of $700.00 Shipping charges are based on order size (per unit) and destination. Please call a sales representative for delivery rates. CONTRACT GROWING We are able to do contract growing to meet your needs of specific varieties, however we do need a 25% deposit to be able to hold the plants until the shipping date. If it exceeds the shipping date the balances is due.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS Calculate by taking the list price and deducting the discount percentage according to the quantity purchased per variety. If you have earned a volume discount for the year deduct that from the discounted price and soon you will see how much you can save.
