Note ! Spring Shims Front Spring There is no facility to adjust vehicle ride-height with rubber shims. Rear Spring Rubber shims, fitted at the uppermost spring end, allow for fine adjustment of the vehicle ride-height and are available in four different thicknesses. Shim thickness can be easily determined by counting the number of 'pips' on the shim lip, e.g. 1 pip (5 mm), 2 pips (9 mm), 3 pips (13 mm) and 4 pips (17 mm). Check the condition of the rubber shim during spring replacement and if damaged, replace with a new shim to guarantee correct ride-height. Replacement shims are listed separately in the SUPLEX Spring Seat Catalogue. Vehicle Ride Height - Fine Adjustment Vehicle ride height can be fine tuned by fitting a thinner or thicker spring shim. • Colour Code Information Front coil-spring colour code : 19349 : 1x white + 1x orange 19350 : 1x white + 1x red 19351 : 1x white + 1x brown 19355 : 1x white + 2x blue Rear coil-spring colour code : 19038 : 2x red 19177 : 1x white + 2x grey 19183 : 1x blue
