ABOUT VANGÀRD Vangard is a family owned textile company founded in 1948 in Denmark, Bo Vang who is the third generation is now owner of the company. We have 70 years of experience with production and development of technical and certified garments within teamwear, corporate ID and underwear. Together with our knowledge of textile we are also one of the European frontrunners into sublimation print on textile. Works as follows:
1. The finished design is printed on rolls with sublimation paper 2. The pattern parts are cut out 3. The colour molecules are heated directly into the fibers on the pattern parts 4. The pattern parts are sewn together and the product is ready 5. Before it is sent out we make a final quality control
Advantages of sublimation print:
1. The colours will remain bright, because they are heated directly in the fibers and not on the surface 2. The print will never crack as transfer print eventually will, because it is inside the fibers 3. The product is breathable, because the print is not on the surface Our philosophy has always been to be proactive in optimizing quality, fit and design, that’s why we currently develop our products in cooperation with professional athletes and other endusers, in this way we can get detailed feedback first hand. OEKO-TEX® Vangàrd Retail A/S is very focused on the environment and sustainability and we make high demands on our production and our subsuppliers. To make sure that our products are allergy- and environmentally friendly, we have been OEKO-TEX® (ECO-TEX ®) STANDARD 100 certified. This means that our products are certified to be below the EU limits on all relevant chemicals in the colouring and bleeching process.
HOW TO ORDER CUSTOMIZED TEAM WEAR STEP 1: We need the following information: • Style numbers • Design wishes/logos • Pantone colors • All artwork shall be attached in a vectorized format: AI/EPS/PDF. The more information we get from the beginning, the quicker the order can go through.
STEP 2: To make sure you get the right sizes you can borrow a size set for 14 days. When the artwork, sizes and the order confirmation is approved we start the production.
STEP 3: We deliver the order within 7 to 8 weeks
Need to know: • Start-up costs which cover: Artwork, graphic set-up and color adjustment. • Min. quantity is 15 pcs. pr. style • The price is the same regardless of the number of colors.
INSPIRATION We have gathered some designs from some of our customers, so you can see who we work with and maybe be inspired from the designs.Some customers have their own design, some use our design suggestions and some have colour wishes, but want our designer to come up with some good ideas. You can make a sharp classical look or you can make an all over print with the logo or a campaign. There are no limits on colours or logos, since it is sublimation print. Advantages: Since the colours are printed directly into the fibers the colours will stay – the print will never crack like on transfer print and it is breathable.

PADS OVERVIEW Our pads are made by top suppliers in Italy for the best ergonomics, comfort and performance. The high impact foam creates the perfect density, but still it is moisture transporting to prevent friction and pain even on a long distance ride. It is crucial for a long ride, that the shape, density and dryness is perfect and we have designed our pants and pads by testing and adjusting them on professional athletes.

Elite MTS Elite Moisture Transport System was created by Vangàrd on the basis of 25 years of experience in the production of high-yielding technical underwear. The unique feature is not only the fabric’s exceptional elasticity of 300 %, but also the very special way it is knitted. The Dacron® polyester microfibre from ADVASA is spun so that it gets small fuzzy fibres which guide the perspiration towards the core of the thread and away from the body. TERMS OF BUSINESS 1. The receipt of orders. a. All orders are received subject to reservations for strikes, lockout, accidents or other cases of force majeure, including the failure of deliveries from suppliers of raw material or from sub-suppliers. b. The seller is entitled to postpone the delivery period stated on the front page by up to a maximum of 30 days after the date of delivery. c. Should the company feel that it is necessary to gather further information concerning the proper completion of the order, or feel that certain points need to be clarified, then the company’s date of delivery is to be postponed accordingly. d. The customer is not entitled to alter or cancel any order later than 6 weeks prior to the date of delivery that has been stated. e. The company reserves the right to deliver any order with a quantity margin of +/- 10%.
2. Complaints a. Should the customer find that a delivery is defective, then any complaint must be made immediately after the earliest time which defects might have been discovered and at the latest 30 days after the receipt of goods. b. Complaints are to be made in writing, and are to contain a precise specification of the nature of faults or defects. Samples or other material, which will enable the company to access the nature of the complaint, may even accompany complaints. Unless anything else has been agreed, a complaint is not regarded as presented completely until the company is in possession of all necessary information. c. If certain circumstances in connection with previous deliveries to a customer have not been presented as defects or deficiencies, then these circumstances may not be presented as defects or deficiencies by the same customer in connection with subsequent deliveries, unless it can be shown that these circumstances have caused defects or deficiencies as a result of special conditions applying to the subsequent deliveries in question. d. The fact that the company initiates the investigation of a complaint or initiates negotiations on the presentation of the complaint does not prevent the company from maintaining that the complaint has been presented too late, or from maintaining that the liability of the company is limited, unless the company has made an offer of compensation without stating that the offer has been made without prejudice for a subsequent judicial settlement.
3. Company Liability a. In cases where complaints are justified, the company is entitled at its own expense to seek to have defects or deficiencies remedied. Should the company not wish to do so, or should such a remedy not be possible, then the company is only to be liable for the customer’s expenses for the goods that have been delivered, but not for any loss in profits or any demands originating from third parties.

Technical information or any other information originating from the company etc. may not be used in marketing or in any other way in relations with third parties without the approval of the company, and any such approval is never in any case to incur liability for the company. b. 5. Venue and Legal Basis The venue is Sø- & Handelsretten (the Maritime and Commercial Court) in Copenhagen. Matters of law involving the company and the customer are in all cases to be settled according to Danish Law.
