397. Tahitian Terrace “Rongo” Tiki Room God. (Disneyland, 1963) An extremely rare cast resin “Rongo” Tiki God, as seen in the “Enchanted Tiki Room” pre-show, that was used as a planter and speaker in the Tahitian Terrace restaurant at Disneyland. The sculpture was designed by Imagineer Rolly Crump and features his unmistakable Polynesian influenced style. The sculpture has a hidden speaker screen in the mouth which gives makes this a great functional piece in addition to its beautiful decorative display. The top of the sculpture has is flat, and most likely held a planter. This item measures approximately 40” tall and is in very good condition with some expected wear. $5,000-$7,000 398. Tahitian Terrace Dinner Menu. (Disneyland, 1960s) An original dinner menu from the Tahitian Terrace restaurant. This tri-fold dinner menu is from the 1960s, although the same stylish graphics were used into the 1970s. The menu features Polynesian inspired food mixed with the standard fare of the time. This item measures 10”x10” and is in good condition with minor wear and spots of discoloration from use. $400-$600

400. Tahitian Terrace Recipe Card. (Disneyland, 1960s) A very rare recipe card from the Tahitian Terrace restaurant at Disneyland. This doublesided card offers recipes for “Tahitian Terrace Punch” as well as “Tahitian Punch”. The card features Polynesian-themed illustrations of tropical birds and an image of the restaurant itself. In celebration of Disneyland’s 50th Anniversary, a special event was held at Disneyland where these cards were faithfully recreated but with an added line that reads “Original Recipe from the 1960s”. This original card does not feature that modern line, and is a truly rare artifact from the early days of the restaurant. This item measures 3.5”x5” and is in very fine condition. $200-$400
