ECHO Community Health Care: $9,950 to provide an affordable diabetic monitoring program to low-income individuals. Girl Scouts of Raintree Council: $5,000 for an after-school program for at-risk girls in grades K-8 that focuses on selfesteem and self-awareness. Harvest Time Inner City Ministries: $5,000 to buy food and supplies for a soup kitchen that serves about 200 meals every day it is open.
University of Evansville: $3,058.50 for the UE Reads program, which helps K-3rd graders achieve their equivalent reading by the 3rd grade. Youth Resources of Southwestern Indiana: $2,326.15 for the Teen Advisory Council program that helps teens respond to community problems and design community service projects.
