Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert The East Valley has grown over the years to accommodate employers who have moved here, and the labor force that supports those businesses. While Scottsdale is known for resorts, spas and golf, and Tempe is dominated by Arizona State University, the east Valley is diverse, including executives and families, great k-12 schools and the infrastructure to accomodate those students, as well as 55+ communities for grandparents and active/retired adults. East Mesa is close to the Superstition Mountains, Salt River, Marinas, and the Payson high country The Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is just 30 miles east of Sky Harbor International Airport


The East Valley Vibe Mesa is the largest and most established town in the east valley: East & South Mesa are the newest areas Chandler is home to some of the Valley’s largest Technology companies The Town of Gilbert is considered upscale and new with a city center known for popular dining, shopping and entertainment options Queen Creek is the farthest distance from Phoenix but is a hot area for new construction and we anticipate shopping and dining will soon follow The East Valley school districts are the largest by student enrollment in the state, with many public and private options to choose from.



East Mesa As one of the newer developed areas in Mesa, East Mesa is easily accessible from the northern loop of Hwy 202, which provides quick access to the 101, Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor International Airport. In addition, East Mesa is close to the Superstition Mountains, Salt River Tubing, Saguaro Lake’s full service Marina, horseback riding, hiking, camping, fishing, and golf. Also close by is the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport.

Chandler Chandler is known for its diverse economy, with a focus on technology and manufacturing. It's home to several major technology companies and semiconductor manufacturers. Chandler is noted for its annual Ostrich Festival. Initially, agriculture was the primary business in Chandler, based on cotton, corn, and alfalfa. During the 1910s, there were ostrich farms in the area, catering to the demand for plumes used in women's hats of the era.

Gilbert consistently ranks as one of the safest cities in the United States. It has a thriving shopping, dining and entertainment district. The town is commitmented to maintaining green spaces and many neighborhoods are designed with natural washes to separate neighbors. As a newer community, planners were thoughtful working with developers and the focus is on family-oriented neighborhoods. There are numerous parks, recreational facilities, and events. The city is known for its excellent school system, which includes top-rated public and private schools.
