Terra Grand’s design is created in order to accommodate 8 apartments for collective housing. Located in the district Colonia del Valle Centro, one of the oldest districts in Mexico City, Mexico. The project was requested by CONSORCIO ARA, a construction company from Mexico, that specializes in collective housing and low-income housing.

The idea of different rooftops results from further investigation and site analysis of the environmental situation in Mexico City. The lack of parks and green public spaces gave us the opportunity to give future tenants a place to relax and recharge.
