Die Volvoeienaarsklub van SA, met talle lede in die Vaaldriehoek, het onlangs hul jaarlikse nasionale saamtrek in BelaBela gehou. Altesaam 39 Volvo’s vanoor die land was teenwoordig. Die Vaaldriehoek is verteenwoordig deur Frik Muller in sy 1974 144Volvo, wat die eerste prys vir “Beste Bekleedsel" asook Best Personalised” 144 gewen het. Hennie Geldenhuys met sy 1968 Volvo122s het in die eerste plek in die afdeling “Beste Standaard” geëindig.
Cameron to race in Spain Cameron Jade Dias (10) from Milton Primary School, in Vereeniging will be competing in the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals in Valencia Spain from No vember 25 to 29. She will be joining over 360 drivers from 60 countries in Spain this year. She will compete in the invitational Micro Max Festival for drivers from the age of 7 to 10 years, and by doing so, become one of the youngest South African karters to participate in the Rotax finals. Her family, friends and fellow kar ters are very excited and proud of her. Her sponsors, Selepe Bearings and Top Class Automotive congratu lated Cameron and said they believe she will fly the South African flag high and make us all proud.
