Itinerary FRIDAY - arrive Bologna Macroni airport 18.00 approx. Transfer to Villa for welcome drinks and dinner. SATURDAY - after breakfast at Villa drive the short distance into Bologna city centre and enjoy a guided walking tour around the city’s food market. Buy some fantastic parmesan cheese or famous mortadella ham. Spend the rest of the day at leisure to sight-see and shop before returning late afternoon to Villa for dinner. SUNDAY - after breakfast enjoy your first cookery lesson, learn the secret of perfect pasta with our local cook and of course no cookery lesson in Bologna will be complete without making a classic Bolognese ragu! After a leisurely lunch time to relax before dinner.

Bologna

MONDAY - after breakfast it’s back to the kitchen for another cookery lesson followed by lunch. Transfer to the airport late afternoon for return flight to Gatwick at 18.45.
