ANDREW J. HOPP

Andrew J. Hopp, a Marketing Associate at Didion in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, is earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Integrated Marketing. As a marketing associate, Hopp assists in creating and executing the company’s integrated marketing and communications plan, manages social media campaigns, and develops digital marketing assets for events. Hopp served as Didion’s marketing intern in the summer of 2022. Prior to his role at Didion, Hopp was a marketing specialist at Wisconsin Tool Works for nearly four years.
On campus, Hopp is an active member of the UW-Platteville American Marketing Association chapter, holding the position of Vice President of Finance. In addition, he was the UW-Platteville social media student associate and the marketing assistant in the College of Engineering, Mathematics and Science Dean’s Office.
Hopp is from Brandon, Wisconsin.
Grace Semaan

Grace Semaan, who achieved a 3.76 grade-point average with two majors and a host of work and outreach experience, is the College of Engineering, Mathematics and Science student speaker.
The Duluth, Minnesota native double majored in chemistry and forensic investigation while minoring in biology. She has made the Dean’s List every semester. During her collegiate career, Semaan has served as president of the Alchemist Club and Alpha Lambda Delta and vice president of Phi Eta Sigma. Her on-campus employment includes being a peer tutor in the TRIO Student Support Services, a student assistant in the Women in STEM Center, a pre-college peer mentor in the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs, and a summer student assistant in the College of EMS Student Success Programs.
Among her high-impact practices was a 10-day U.S.-Mexico border immersion experience to learn about life through immigrants’ perspectives.
