Vermont Small Scale Renewable Energy Incentive Program: $2.25/watt DC up to 10 kW, $1.50/W DC for next 50 kW (up to 60 kW). Maximum incentive $97,500 or up to 50% of project costs (whichever is lower). 2. Burlington Electric Department metering for $.20 per kWh. Notes: 1. Structural analysis of the roof for ability to support the proposed solar PV system will be required. This should be coordinated with the structural engineer’s ballast requirement calculations. These have been included in the estimated cost. 2. Installed cost includes all materials, labor, design, engineering‌etc. based on observed market conditions in Q2 2012. 3.
