Concluded his first season at UTSA third on the team in hitting with a .311 batting average…saw action in 56 games (51, outfield; 5, DH)…registered 69 hits with 48 runs (5th in C-USA), 13 doubles, three triples, eight home runs and 32 RBIs…posted a .505 slugging percentage, which was best for 10th in Conference USA, with a .393 on base percentage…third on the team in stolen bases with eight…recorded 21 multi-hit and eight multi-RBI games while ending the season on a five-game hit streak…went 1-for-2 with a pair of walks, home run, RBI and matched a career-best four runs against Louisiana-Lafayette (2/15)…in the opener against Bryant (2/20), Markham went 3-for-3 with three runs, a double and stolen base…at Charlotte (5/15), posted a 3-for-5 performance with two runs, two RBIs and a home run…named to the 2015 Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Markham was a two-year starter at North Central Texas College where he played for Scott Harp and Erik Wright…in his last season at NCTC, Markham helped lead the Lions to a playoff berth with a team second-best .371 batting average…totaled 53 hits, including seven doubles, four triples and three home runs…second on the team in steals with 17 and scored 35 runs and drove in 16…on base percentage of .448 and slugged .538… as a freshman, played in 38 games and batted .330…registered 34 hits, 18 RBI, 20 runs and five stolen bases.

Born April 14, 1994 in Willis, Texas…son of Paul Markham and Brenda Mileski…one brother – Justin…uncle, Thomas Mileski, played for the Texas Rangers (1989-91) farm system…majoring in economics.
