The Roadrunners Sports Network brings fans closer to the action through live audio, radio broadcasts, live video and highlights. All UTSA football games will be broadcast in the San Antonio area on KTKR Ticket 760 AM beginning with a two-hour pregame show. The games can be heard online at goUTSA.com or on a mobile device with the free iHeartRadio app. Andy Everett (playby-play) and Ed Suarez (analysis) will call all the action and there also is a one-hour postgame show. All six home games also will air live in Spanish on Radio Formula Network’s K272EK 102.3 FM and KBRN 1500 AM, as well as online at radioformulasa.com. Jorge Rodriguez (play-by-play) and Jaime Becerril (analysis) will have the call. Each broadcast will include a 30-minute pregame and 15-minute postgame show. Everett also will host “The Larry Coker Show” from 7-8 p.m. each week during the season at Buffalo Wings & Rings (203 N. Loop 1604 W.). UTSA and KENS 5 TV, San Antonio’s CBS affiliate, have partnered to bring Roadrunners fans a weekly show called “UTSA Game Day” during the football season. KENS 5 sports director Joe Reinagel, reporter Vinnie Vinzetta and KENS5.com sports reporter David Flores host the 30-minute show, which includes an interview with head coach Larry Coker, player features, game highlights and much more. It airs from 8:30-9 a.m. each Saturday during the season on Eyewitness News.
“UTSA F ootball I nsider ”
“UTSA Football Insider” is a 30-minute magazine show that airs weekly during the season. The show can be seen on FOX Sports Southwest at 4 p.m. each Thursday, Comcast SportsNet Houston at 10 a.m. each Friday and locally in San Antonio on KMYS-TV (Ch. 35) at 10:30 a.m. each Saturday. It also is available online at goUTSA.com. The show gives fans an all-access look at the Roadrunners through game highlights and previews, plus feature stories on players and activities around the UTSA campus supporting the team. Hector Ledesma of KABB FOX 29 is in his first year as the show’s host.
