OREGON TRAIL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE her family and friends asked where they could direct donations. The answer became obvious: the perfect way to honor Greg's life and legacy was to establish the Greg Hoover Memorial Trade Scholarship. Greg Hoover was a talented mechanic throughout his entire life, he owned and operated an excavation company and an RV Park with his wife and Lea’s mother, Simi Hoover. Greg was also a licensed general contractor. Greg was a jack of all trades in the truest sense of the statement. This scholarship serves as a tribute to Greg’s life and his work ethic and will provide an enduring legacy while empowering a new generation of skilled labor.
