SUPPLEMENT STRATEGY
4 Days Prior
Take one capsule VO2 Max twice daily. Load with three tablets Cramp Block twice daily. Load with Zero Sugar Hydrator twice daily.


The Morning Of Prologue
Take one capsule VO2 Max & two tablets Cramp Block before breakfast.
Drink Zero Sugar Hydrator after breakfast.



Take one race bottle filled with Epic Pro 2 one hour before start.
Take a full serving of Pro Recover immediately after prologue with 4 tablets Cramp Block.


BEFORE & DURING EVERY STAGE
Take one capsule VO2 Max & two tablets Cramp Block before breakfast.
Take half a serving Epic Pro 2 leading up to the start.
Take one race bottle filled with Epic Pro 2 & one race bottle filled with Zero Sugar Hydrator to start the race.
Take another full race bottle Epic Pro 2 at water point 2 leading up to water point 3.
Take another full race bottle Epic Pro 2 at water point 3.
Take 1 tablet Cramp Block for every hour of riding during each stage and 1 capsule VO2 Max at water point 2.




Vooma Nougat bars to be consumed during riding. Take a caffeinated Vooma Bar after water point 2.


Optional: Cyto Power to be consumed at last water point/water point 3.
After Every Stage
Take a full serving Pro Recover immediately after each stage. Drink a Zero Sugar Hydrator during lunch.
Take another full serving Pro Recover two hours after lunch. Take 4 Cramp Block tablets before bed.
