Most people think of the four leaf clover as coming from Ireland. It is true that Saint Patrick used a clover to demonstrate about the Holy Trinity but that would have been a regular 3 leaf clover.

And this may be true but there are some legends that suggest the 4 leaf clover may have been around since the beginning of time. Some say that Eve brought a 4 leaf clover with her when herself and Adam were cast out of Eden. We have no real way of knowing if this true or not but it does prove the fancifulness of the four leaf clover.

Four leaf clovers are popular that is for sure. I have seen places where you can buy live 4 leaf clover plants. You can even find them laminated and on a card. My personal favorite is the charms and I think that a 4 leaf clover necklace is a great gift for someone special in your life and really would we not all want to be able to give someone the gift of good luck? There are so many different ways to have a four leaf clover made into something special for you to treasure always.

Necklaces, earrings, charms, rings the list goes on and on, we all seem to have our own favorite.
