began with a URI favorite tradition, Oozeball. Playing in the mud was much better than studying for finals on a sunny day. After finals, underclassmen departed while seniors stuck around to enjoy their last days at URI. On May 22'^ the seniors said farewell with tears on
in
their eyes and smiles
their faces at the 118^^ Commencement
Exercises. Seniors recollected four years of laughter and tears while waiting for their diplomas. The Renaissance
Yearbook staff hopes they will recollect those same memories and many others as they thumb through the pages of this book, the 102"'^ edition of the Renaissance
Yearbook.
