David was born and raised on Long Island in Medford, NY where he excelled in academics and sports. Dave chose to go to college at UNLV and moved to Las Vegas in 1995. In 2002, Dave decided to learn the mortgage business as well and worked first on the retail side for Bank of America Home Loans and then at a brokerage called Southern Fidelity Mortgage. At the same time he also practiced real estate for Realty Executives and completely transferred over exclusively to real estate in 2006 because of his success in that side of the business. This led to David opening a new branch in Southwest Las Vegas for Realty ONE which he grew from scratch to over 200 agents in less than 18 months. David also had the distinction of having the most profitable branch per agent while at Realty ONE Group.
