WHO WE ARE Urban picnic is a healthy food catering company based in Dublin, who offer a modern progressive approach to office catering. Our nutritious, delicious and energising working lunches are an opportunity for collaboration and bonding – we firmly believe some of the best ideas happen over great food. We believe that our food should be as good as your favourite restaurant or café; that's why we source our ingredients from the greatest suppliers with all the dedication and zeal you’d expect from a high-end restaurant. Our menus reflect the availability of natural, seasonal produce and every meal we serve is freshly prepared on the premises by our team of talented chefs. We take care of the entire process from installing kitchens and creating dining spaces to producing fabulous fresh food.
SERVICES Urban Picnic can provide catering to your place of work - no industrial extraction or cooking facilities are required and the setup of the area can take place with the minimum amount of fuss ensuring your workforce is not disturbed. Breakfast, pop up lunch, managed contracts, special events, in house restaurant & snack programme/micro-kitchen.
SERVICES
BREAKFAST We offer a wide range of freshly made breakfasts delivered to your office daily. Ranging from a selection of fresh fruit and home made granola pots, to hot ham and cheese croissant’s. We offer freshly pressed juices and smoothies. A hot breakfast option is available or a combination of both.
POP UP LUNCH Urban Picnic continues to create memorable dining experiences with the inclusion of ever changing menus, displays and setups. We have currently launched; 'Traditional Sunday Roast Days' and also "Country Specific Cuisine Days" from all around the world. Â These diverse options can be tailored to work in your office space to create a Pop Up Venue.
MANAGED CONTRACTS We can offer a full restaurant experience without the issues and capital expenditure that come with the running of a fully fitted kitchen. Our facility team can assist with subsidised and non-subsidised contract options.

IN HOUSE RESTAURANT We deliver hospitality and dining solutions to professional and corporate clients. Eating in should be the first choice for your teams, not the last. We banish the boring, matching and beating the High Street. Urban Picnic can transform any office environment into a breath taking office dining experience.
SNACK PROGRAMME/ MICRO KITCHEN At Urban Picnic we supply a wide variety of office snack programme solutions. If you require a daily replenishment of snacks and fruits, let our team take care of yours. If you require a bespoke coffee dock, we can take care of that too.
SOURCING & SUSTAINABILITY We pride ourselves on leading the way in terms of our impact on the environment around us. We do this by reducing packaging and the single use of consumables to the very minimum. Every effort is made to ethically source fully compostable products. We take great satisfaction in knowing that we truly do our best.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Urban Picnic first started as a small food business based in the north inner city in 2009 and after many years of hard work, and currently serving on average 12,000 meals per day, we want to give something back to the community who saw us flourish. Our Outreach Program encourages low-income young people from the inner city to get a boost towards better jobs in the Restaurant and Hospitality industry. Our program in collaboration with Youth NGO’s SWAN youth service and North East inner city partnership (NEIC) is not only a job offer, is also a learning process, giving the chance to the young adults of our community to be job ready after the experience of working and learning in a professional kitchen/restaurant.
We understand that our activities can have a lasting impact and we are committed to managing our environmental & social responsabilities effectively.
