Shared Community Guidelines For Residents of all UpLift Housing Network member homes.

Keeping this home safe, sober and supportive is a shared responsibility. All UpLift Housing Network homes have regulations that help you and those with whom you share this home, stay safe and feel good in a positive living environment. Our common rules - shared by all - enforced equally​.

As a condition of residency, residents must: ● Remain clean and sober during your stay. ● Submit to periodic drug tests. ● Attend house meetings that promote sobriety and overall well being. ● Commit to doing chores around the house and maintaining the general cleanliness of the home. ● Participate in a form of community service or work in the community. ● Live within the law Stealing, fighting, acts of violence or aggression, hate speech, bullying or intimidation are never allowed and will be reported to law enforcement. © 2017 UpLift Housing Network. With certain limited exceptions you are protected by Federal Fair Housing Laws, The Americans with Disabilities Act, and California’s Landlord Tenant Laws and other laws in the municipality where you live. ● You have the right to have a rental agreement. ● You are considered a tenant under California law. ● You have the right to be treated respectfully and consistently. ● You have the right to be given a sufficient amount of time, generally 3 days, to correct most issues before any action, including eviction, is taken. ● You have the right to request free mediation support from the UpLift Housing Network. House Rules & Operational Policies Specific to [home name here]

● Residents stay clean and sober by working an active program of recovery and having positive engagement with their peers and fellow residents. ● Common courtesy, respect, cleanliness, and cooperation are expected. ● Do your assigned chores on time. Quiet Times Daily 9:30 pm - 7:30 a.m. Phone usage in common areas 11:00 pm. To 7:30 am. - No TV No TV from 11:00pm-7:30am Monday-Friday Beds made by 10 a.m.

Curfew 30 days residence or 3 months clean & sober: 11:30pm Sunday –Thursday and 1:00 am on Friday & Saturday Other: 10:30pm Sunday-Thursday and 11:45 pm Friday & Saturday.

Overnight Passes​ - Available for residents after 90 days. Please submit your request 48 hours before you need it. Guest Policy: No overnight guests in the house No Women allowed in the house Sponsors are allowed in the living room or kitchen between the hours of 9:00am and 8:00pm. Smoking/Vaping Not allowed in or in front of the house. You may smoke/vape in the garage or on back patio away from any windows. Do not allow smoke to enter the house. Use only the provided receptacles for ash and butts. Mailing Address for Residents: 4225-H Oceanside Blvd ​#257​ Oceanside, CA 92056. The manager will pick up mail and packages Monday-Saturday daily, no later than 8:00 pm. Other No Food in Bedrooms Chore list is posted weekly (on what day) Double Scrub last Sunday of each month 9 - 11 am
