by Ali Pfeiffer

In September, the College of Business Scholarship and Awards event served as an opportunity to not only recognize students who received scholarships through the College for the 2021-2022 academic year, but to thanks donors and connect them with their scholarship recipients.

Mrs. Wiseman spoke of the pride she and her family have in UofL and empowering students of all backgrounds to achieve an education. “Dad [Daniel C. Ulmer, Jr. (‘55)] and I believe everyone should have an opportunity, to make a contribution, to solving complex problems we face in our community.”

Over 100 students and 73 scholarships and awards were celebrated during the event, highlighting the impact donors to the College of Business make on students’ lives.
